RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 24 hrs from the time of purchase. If 24 hrs have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item/food/beverage must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Perishable goods such as food and/or beverages are exempt from being returned and cannot be returned or refunded.
All returns and refund requests related to perihable goods such as Food and/or Beverage should be directly taken up with the concerned Restaurant. Hopsticks doesn't handle returns or refunds of orders placed in a Restaurant either directly or via the Hopsticks app.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us.
Refunds (if and when applicable)
Refunds are directly handled by Restaurants. Please get in touch directly with the Restaurant for any refunds or return requests.
